If you wish to change your registered GP within the practice, please put this in writing where it will be discussed at a practice meeting. It may take up to 28 days to review your request, following that you will be informed of the outcome. Please be aware that while you may request to change GPs you cannot specify which GP you change to, this will be decided according to the list size of each doctor at the time.
Also please be aware that we will only accommodate one request to change within the practice, If you request to change again this will be denied, however you are always welcome to re-register at another practice within your catchment should you choose to.
