Dr Minns, who many of you know very well and who has been such a huge part of MMP, joined us on 1st October 2004. For over 22 years, he has looked after and cared for so many of our patients with dedication, kindness and commitment.
Sadly for us, but very deservedly for him, Dr Minns will be retiring on 31st December 2026.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank him for all his years of dedication, hard work and everything he has brought to the practice. He has made a lasting difference to so many patients and colleagues, and he will be greatly missed by us all.
We wish him every happiness, relaxation and plenty of well-deserved time to enjoy the future — although those who know him will know that he’s unlikely to be sitting still for too long! 🚲
We will be arranging a lunchtime gathering in December for patients to come along and say their goodbyes, and we’ll share further details soon.
We are also pleased to announce that we have a new GP partner joining the practice and taking on Dr Minns’ list, and we will be announcing more details in the coming days.
