Help us make a difference! Share your views to improve health services in Norfolk.

Healthwatch Norfolk and Norfolk County Council Public Health are launching surveys to gather views on two areas of health and wellbeing: NHS Health Checks and stop smoking services.

NHS Health Checks, for those aged 40-74, can help determine if a person is at higher risk of developing certain health conditions, such as diabetes or heart disease.

Whether you’ve had your health check, are approaching the age of eligibility, or have yet to book your appointment, we want to know what you think of this service.

If you smoke, or have already received support to quit smoking, sharing your experiences can help determine how support services can be improved going forward. Healthwatch Norfolk is also keen to hear from anyone who have successfully quit smoking in the last 10 years, have tried and relapsed, or considering quitting in the future.

Both surveys are available on the Healthwatch Norfolk website and take around 10 minutes to complete. These are anonymous surveys and responses will be shared with Norfolk County Council Public Health. The surveys close on Saturday 28 February 2026.
