We are pleased to report that we have a designated self-check zone which is located in the waiting room area. You will be able to just drop in (no appointment necessary) between the hours of 07:30 – 18:00 and check your Blood pressure, height and weight, fill in a health questionnaire or simply collect a Chlamydia testing kit or men some contraceptives. The information can be left with reception who will enter it into your medical records and be in touch should a follow up be required.

The practice created this alongside its PPG members to look at how we could meet the access needs of patients who are not always able to attend the practice at a specific time of day. We also hope that this pro-active approach to your care will capture those opportunistic patients and treat them accordingly.
